We offer FREE local delivery, within Winnipeg, for orders over $80. Sometimes, this will drop to a $40 minimum! Sign up for emails to be the first to know. Free local delivery occurs once per week. However, should you require your candle sooner - free pickup is available at any time and for any order amount.
Most orders ship within 5 business days. We specialize in custom, made-to-order candles. Custom candles take time. If you need your candle sooner please contact If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 days of placing your order, you can contact us for a status update at sales@leilanicandle.com
Estimated shipping times are displayed upon check out. The above listed fulfillment time is not included in the shipping time that is display. Please take this into account.
Please note that Canada Post is also experiencing delays with delivery. This may delay your delivery, and we at Leilani Candle Co. have no control over these circumstances.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Leilani Candle Co. have no control over these circumstances.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.
At Leilani Candle Co., all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, if a product in damaged in shipment, we will happily replace it for you free of charge. You will need to provide photographic proof of damage and submit this to Leilani Candle Co. via sales@leilanicandle.com within 5 days of receiving your item.
If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered via sales@leilanicandle.com
You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at sales@leilanicandle.com for further details.
